Statement of Faith
God: There is one true God—the holy, all-powerful, and infinitely perfect Creator of everything. He exists eternally in a loving unity of three equally divine Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. With boundless wisdom and sovereign authority, God has, from eternity past, graciously planned to redeem a people for Himself and to restore all things for the praise of His glory. (Genesis 1:1, Deuteronomy 6:4, Isaiah 6:3, 45:5, Jeremiah 32:17, Matthew 28:19, Revelation 1:8)

Sovereignty of God: God rules with absolute control over all creation. He has foreordained all events and is therefore never frustrated by circumstances. This does not limit the will of human beings, nor does it make God the author of sin. (Isaiah 46:9-10, Ephesians 1:11)
The Bible: God has revealed Himself through the Scriptures—both Old and New Testaments—communicated through human authors. As the divinely inspired Word of God, the Bible is without error in its original form, fully disclosing His will for our salvation and standing as the supreme authority over all human understanding and activity. Because of this, it is to be fully believed, wholeheartedly obeyed, and confidently trusted in everything it declares. (Matthew 5:18, 2 Timothy 3:16-17)

Authority of Scripture: The Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God, sufficient in all matters of faith and practice. (2 Peter 1:20-21)
Jesus Christ: He is God in the flesh—fully God and fully man. As the promised Messiah of Israel, He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a life without sin, was crucified under Pontius Pilate, rose bodily from the grave, ascended into heaven, and now reigns at the right hand of God the Father as our eternal High Priest and Advocate. (John 1:14, Hebrews 4:14-15)

The Condition of Humanity: God created Adam and Eve in His own image, yet they fell into sin through Satan’s temptation. Because of their rebellion, all humanity is now united with Adam in both nature and choice, separated from God and subject to His just judgment. Only through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ can we be delivered, restored to fellowship with God, and made new. (Romans 5:12, Ephesians 2:1-5)

Total depravity: Human beings are completely helpless in their sinful state, are under the wrath of God, and can in no way please God. Total depravity also means that human beings will not naturally seek to know God until God graciously prompts them to do so (Genesis 6:5; Jeremiah 17:9; Romans 3:10-18).
The Holy Spirit: As the third Person of the Holy Trinity, He glorifies the Lord Jesus Christ in all He does. He convicts the world of sin, gives new life to sinners, unites them with Christ through spiritual baptism, and makes them children of God. He also lives within believers—enlightening their hearts, guiding their steps, and equipping and empowering them to live and serve in the likeness of Christ. (John 16:8-14, Romans 8:9-11)

Salvation by grace: God, in His grace and mercy, has chosen to redeem a people to Himself, delivering them from sin and death. Jesus Christ gave His life on the cross as our representative and substitute, shedding His blood as the perfect and complete sacrifice for our sins. His atoning death and triumphant resurrection are the sole basis for our salvation. (Romans 5:8-9, Ephesians 2:8-9)

The Church: The true church is made up of all who have been declared righteous by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. United by the Holy Spirit, they form the body of Christ, with Jesus Himself as the Head. This universal church becomes visible through local congregations made up of genuine believers. Jesus established two ordinances—baptism and the Lord’s Supper—as outward signs of the gospel. While these practices do not bring about salvation, they serve to affirm and strengthen the faith of believers when observed with sincere trust. (Matthew 28:19-20, 1 Corinthians 12:27)
Christian Living: God’s grace in justifying the believer is inseparable from His work of sanctifying us for His purposes. He calls us to love Him above all and to love others with self-giving compassion—caring for one another, showing mercy to the poor, and seeking justice for the oppressed. Empowered by God’s Word, the Holy Spirit, and persistent prayer in Jesus’ name, we are called to stand against the powers of spiritual darkness. In obedience to Christ’s command, we are to make disciples of all nations, faithfully sharing the gospel through both our words and our lives. (Isaiah 1:17, Titus 2:11-12, Hebrews 12:14, 1 Peter 1:15-16)

Perseverance of the Saints: God protects His saints from falling away; thus, salvation is eternal (John 10:27-29; Romans 8:29-30; Ephesians 1:3-14).

Evangelism: Christians are in the world to make a difference, spiritually through evangelism and socially through holy living and providing practical care to their neighbors.. (Matthew 5:14-16, 2 Corinthians 5:20)

Christ's Return: The Lord Jesus Christ will return personally, physically, and in glory. Though the timing is known only to God, Christians are called to live in constant readiness for His second coming. As our blessed hope, it inspires believers to pursue godly living, selfless service, and wholehearted engagement in His mission. (Matthew 24:42-44, Titus 2:13-14)

Response and Eternal Destiny: God calls everyone everywhere to respond to the gospel with repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. One day, God will raise the dead and judge the world in righteousness—condemning the unbelieving to eternal, conscious punishment in hell, and welcoming the redeemed into everlasting joy with Him in the new heaven and new earth, all to the glory of His magnificent grace. (Daniel 12:2, Acts 17:30-31)
